Nokia 7.2 live image with circular triple rear camera module surfaces ahead of IFA announcement

HMD Global launched Nokia 7.1 with HDR PureDisplay, Dual rear cameras with Zeiss optics last year. The leaks and rumours of its successor Nokia 7.2 have started surfacing now. The first live image of Nokia 7.2 has surfaced shows the rear camera of the device and revealing other details.

The Zeiss employee, Joachim Kuss, just showed the first live photo of Nokia 7.2. The photo clearly shows that Nokia 7.2 will have a round camera module with three cameras and LED light inside, and a fingerprint scanner just below it.

According to Kuss, HMD Global organized a pre-briefing for some media and tech reporters where they had a chance to play with the device. He positively surprised with the capabilities of cameras installed in 7.2. According to the photo, Nokia 7.2 will probably have 48MP main camera, wide-angle one, and a depth-sensing camera. The fingerprint scanner will be set below the camera sensor, but because the camera module is raised, there won’t be any fingerprints on the camera lenses.
